5 layers. 3.5 mm thick.

Five layers of metal run through the base and sides. They spread heat across the whole body, while the 3.5 mm thickness helps maintain the temperature during frying.

Food-contact surface: 304 stainless steel

Materials and safety

Steel handle. Open Y-shaped base.

The long steel handle joins the body at two points. Its open base forms a Y shape.

Steel can get hot. Use oven gloves when moving a hot pan.

I like it when everything happens naturally in the kitchen. You fry the ingredients, add the sauce and place the finished dish on the table. One pot, less fuss and more cooking pleasure.

ONE POT

Help choosing

Does food stick to stainless steel?

It can stick if the pan is too cool or the ingredients are wet. Preheat ONE POT over a medium heat, add fat, pat your ingredients dry and give them time to brown. They will then release from the surface more easily.

Does the handle get hot?

Yes. The steel handle, lid and sides can get very hot, especially in the oven or during long cooking. Use oven gloves to move the pan and remove the lid.

How do I remove cooking marks?

Let the pan cool first. Soak burnt-on food and remove it with a soft sponge; a paste of bicarbonate of soda can help with stubborn residue. Rainbow marks from heating can be removed with a little white vinegar.

Where is the pan made?

ONE POT is made in China. We looked for a manufacturer who could consistently make exactly the construction we wanted, without compromising on the specification we had in mind. The design of ONE POT covers the proportions and geometry of the pan, its layered construction, sealed rims and the details you may not notice at first glance, but which determine how long it will last.

Can I use metal utensils?

Yes, as the surface has no non-stick coating. Metal can leave scratches on the steel, though. If you want to reduce signs of use, choose wood or silicone for everyday stirring.
