ONE PRESS is a steel cooking press that holds food against the pan as it cooks.

  • A little weight goes a long way. Place it on bacon, halloumi, tofu or a sandwich. Its weight holds ingredients against the pan, so you do not have to keep pressing with a spatula.
  • About 800 g of steel. A one-piece design with a 12 × 7 cm base and a raised handle. No springs or hinges.
  • Wash by hand or in the dishwasher. Wash after use and dry thoroughly.

Use and care
  1. Place the ingredients in a preheated pan.
  2. Set the press on top and keep an eye on the cooking.
  3. Lift the press to turn the food.
  4. Once cool, wash by hand or in the dishwasher and dry.

The press gets hot during use. Use an oven glove to lift it. Do not leave a lit hob unattended.

What is the press useful for?
