Steel cooking press

About 800 g · 12 × 7 cm base

ONE PRESS is a steel cooking press that holds food against the pan.

Let the weight do the work. Rest it on bacon, halloumi, tofu or a sandwich. It presses the food down without you standing there with a spatula.
About 800 g of steel. One solid piece, with a 12 × 7 cm base and a raised handle. No springs. No hinges.
Wash. Dry. Cook again. Hand-wash it or put it in the dishwasher, then dry it thoroughly.

Dimensions and materials

Material: stainless steel.

Weight: approximately 800 g. Production tolerance from 780 to 800 g.

Base: 12 × 7 cm. Cast in one piece with a handle.

Use and care

Place the ingredients in a preheated pan.
Set the press on top and keep an eye on the cooking.
Lift the press to turn the food.
Once cool, wash by hand or in the dishwasher and dry.

The press gets hot during use. Use an oven glove to lift it. Do not leave a lit hob unattended.

Rest ONE PRESS on the food. The steel press has a 12 × 7 cm base and weighs around 800 g.

Use an oven glove

The metal gets hot during cooking. Use an oven glove to lift the press and set it on a heat-resistant surface.
