ONE SCRAPER is a steel bench scraper for dough, chopped ingredients and the flour left behind.

  • Divide the dough. Portion rolls, pizza or pasta dough with the broad edge.
  • Move the good stuff. Scoop chopped vegetables off the board and into your pan or container.
  • Clear the decks. Gather up dough scraps and flour when the prep is done.

Use and care
